Ingredients
Eggs 1 pc
Sugar 2 tbsp (or less for savory taste)
Milk 260 ml
Flour 200 gr
Salt 1 pinch
Sunflower oil 10 ml
Butter 15 gr
Directions
- Mix eggs, sugar, salt and half of milk with the whisk.
- Add sifted flour and mix until smooth.
- Mix in the other half of milk.
- Add sunflower oil.
- Heat the pan and spread 1 portion (1 ladle) on a pan. Fry for about 40-60 sec on each side.
- Put a tiny bit of butter on top of every pancake when stacking them for a richer taste.
